Szép Ilona Apartment Complex is located in the 2nd district of Budapest, containing 93 apartments, a 25 meter swimming pool (largest in the district) and squash courts. The design of the 13 000 square-meter, 14 million Euro project was finished in 2001 and the constuction was completed in 2003.
